Added optional blender-workspace.toml configuration for sharing portable project settings. Project Blender Manager can create the file and automatically keeps it synchronized while machine-specific paths and environment values remain local.
Added a Blend File to Open control to Project Blender Manager. Launch Blender configurations persist and validate the selected .blend file, pass it to Blender at startup, and reject conflicting free-form launch arguments.
Added a Docker-based local GitLab CI harness, validation scripts, and IntelliJ run configurations for running CI checks, release preparation, Marketplace checks, and code formatting locally.
Added GitHub issue templates for bug reports, documentation issues, and feature requests as the first step of the repository migration from GitLab. CI/CD remains on GitLab.

Expanded Blender installation discovery to find nested macOS application bundles and Blender installations managed through Homebrew on macOS and Linux.

Fixed external-process cancellation so descendant processes are terminated before the parent is forcibly stopped.
Fixed Marketplace signing configuration to use CI-provided credentials when available and fall back to local certificate files otherwise.
Excluded generated release artifacts from version control and local CI build contexts.
